Dance Fusion is a program offered at the Flexafit studio for those who want to enjoy a fun class combining dance and fitness. Dance your heart out with these fantastic ballroom dancing classes. You will learn to dance to Latin rhythms. Not only will Martha lead you through dance choreography that will leave you wanting for more, you will find yourself practicing the steps with your friends in the living room.
