Outpatient Rapid Subutex, and/or Methadone Detox
7-8 Day All-inclusive Treatment Program. We offer outpatient detox for those currently taking Subutex and/or Methadone at any dosages. Treatment includes ECGs, laboratory assessments, up to eight days of treatment supervised by a full medical staff, and the final day treatment with either a Naltrexone implant or monthly injection. (Two months of naltrexone therapy is included.) Patients will remain in our medical facility under the supervision of a Board Certified Psychiatrist and experienced staff including Medical Doctors, Nurses and Social Workers. Daily treatments last approximately 6 hours and then the patient is released to their support person to return home or stay at a local hotel. On the last day of treatment, an aftercare package will be provided along with an advised treatment plan including group and individual therapy to maintain abstinence.

rTMS Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation - 3 Day - Initial Package
Initial day service. Includes measurements and consultation with the Medical Director. TMS may be able to help, with effective, non-drug treatment for depression that is bringing new hope to patients every day. TMS Therapy is an FDA-cleared safe and effective treatment for patients with depression who have not benefited from one prior antidepressant medication. It works by stimulating areas of the brain that are underactive in patients with severe depression. Because it is not a depression drug, TMS Therapy is free from the side effects that patients often experience when they take antidepressant medication. TMS has been proved to provide assistance in other therapeutic areas but has not yet been FDA approved for these indication. Therefore, if you are requesting TMS therapy for an off-label use, please contract us prior to scheduling.
Psychiatry - Initial Appointment
Dr. Blaise J. Wolfrum, MD, FAPA is board certified in Psychiatry and Addictions and is a Fellow of the American Psychiatric Association. Same day appointments may be available and most major insurances and Medicare are welcome. We treat all forms of Anxiety, Mood, Behavioral and Substance abuse disorders. Attention Deficit Disorder, Alzheimer's and other Dementias, Eating disorders, Obsessive compulsive, school problems, alcohol and drug abuse, Bipolar, Schizophrenia, developmental issues, Panic disorders, Depression, personality disorders and relationship problems are treated.
Outpatient Substance Abuse Therapy Groups
The professional staff at Behavioral Health Care Associates are certified and licensed by the Illinois Department of Human Services to provide substance abuse services within the state. Our services are listed on the "Approved and/or Recommended Lists" for Cook, DuPage, Lake, Kane and McHenry Counties and can complete services for all Illinois and out of state courts. We also specialize in Secretary of State Driver's license reinstatement hearing preparation with updated evaluation, investigative evaluation, denial review letters, and/or second opinions based on your needs. •Evaluations are scheduled days and evenings with appointments as late as 9:00 pm. •10 hours of Risk Education can be completed in as little as one week. •12 hours of Intervention Services offered on Tuesday evening beginning at 6 pm. •Substance Abuse Group Counseling is offered in the evening beginning at 6 pm. •"New to Sobriety" Opiate Dependency Group are on Tuesdays at 1 pm.
