Flat rate diagnostic fee that is charged before any actual repairs are made. Should actual repairs are carried out, the diagnostic fee is waived.
Hardware Repair & Replacement
Repair or replacement of necessary computer parts. Total price is the labor cost per hour of repair time and the price of the replacement part when applicable.
System Clean Up
System clean up which includes speeding up a slow system or cleansing the system of malware. Generally charged for only 1 hour's worth of labor unless extensive cleanup is required.
Operating System Reload
Reinstallation of your operating system of choice. This is the price of labor itself sans any additional software that needs to be purchased. Perfect if you want to start fresh.
Data Backup & Recovery
Recovery or backup of data. Starts at $99 for up to 3GB of data and $199 above that. Recovery media will generally be a data DVD for less than ~4.7 GB.
