Health Coaching Programs, Fitness Classes and Retreats

I offer a unique, holistic approach to wellness, which blends my experience as a competitive athlete, fitness instructor and wellness consultant with my years of anatomy, physiology, yoga and meditation studies and teaching. In my transformative one-on-one Mind Body RE BOOT I meet with clients, do a comprehensive health history evaluation and goals assessment and then together we design a customized four week to one year program that includes everything from diet, and exercise to stress management techniques. I am there for my client throughout their program, meet with them weekly, provide the necessary guidance and support and adjust their program if necessary until they achieve their goals. One-on-one programs sometimes include weekly workouts and or Yin Yoga sessions with me. The group RE BOOT programs include weekly group meetings,one-on-one check ins as well as my group fitness classes. Often I work with my clients for many years -- after achieving their initial set of goals, they choose a new set of goals and we continue to work together to achieve those new goals.
